HANSAimmobilia purchases a top-level object in Brussels
Through by purchasing the "Brabant Building" in Brussels. HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH has extended its landed property with an interesting object. In HANSAimmobilia, the Open Real Estate Fund of the SIGNAL IDUNA subsidiary from Hamburg, the real estate complements a range of attractive trade objects constituting the Fund's investments.
The "Brabant Building" is situated in a very good corner location at the Rue de la loi 23. In 2002, the office premises has been thoroughly gutted and renovated. Its impressive facade underlines the attractiveness that can be found inside the building in modern, flexibly dividable and fully air-conditioned rooms.
