HANSAINVEST buys a real estate in Paris
Dortmund/Hamburg. HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, a company affiliated to the SIGNAL IDUNA Group, Dortmund/Hamburg, has strengthened the inventory of the Open Real Estate Fund HANSAimmobilia with the purchase of an attractive real estate with long-term tenancy in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Through this foreign investment of about 25 million EUR, HANSAINVEST consequently maintains its strategy of further Europeanization of its portfolio. This new purchase increases the foreign share to about 51 percent.

The 17th arrondissement is an urban quarter. There are offices, flats and restaurants concealed behind historic facades. The excellent transport connections include two underground stations nearby, the "Gare St. Lazare" railway station at a two-kilometre-distance, and it takes only a 35-minute-drive to Charles-de-Gaulle airport.
Expedia, one of the most well-known providers of online travel bookings worldwide, has concluded for its French branch office a long-term lease contract for this attractive building, which advantage is its modern air-conditioned offices and underground car park with 27 parking spaces.
